Our chicory variety, from its Latin name, 𝘊𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘺𝘣𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘶𝘮, is the plant we process. In Soluble, Grains or Liquid, the root is the main and sometimes even the only ingredient in Chicorée Leroux products, for authentic plant-based products.
