Use
Leroux roasted chicory can be prepared in a variety of ways to suit your tastes and uses:
- This hot drink is easy to enjoy, just like our gourmet philosophy. If you have a coffee machine, pour a heaped teaspoon of chicory into your pod or refillable capsule for a cup filled to 100/120 ml.
- Alternatively, pour the same amount of chicory into an infuser ball or filter in 250 ml of hot water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. A word of advice: don’t hesitate to use this blend in your culinary preparations!
