Soluble chicory

Plain, Cocoa or Caramel Soluble Chicory is ideal as a hot or cold drink, in a mug or cup. For a mug, add 3 teaspoons to 250ml of milk or water. In a mug, pour 1 teaspoon into 125ml of milk or water. Result: a moment of sweetness and lightness, with a delicious caramelised flavour. They can also be added to cocktails or enjoyed shaken or blended. Prepared in a shaker with a few ice cubes, they make surprising drinks!

Soluble Chicory can also melt your heart in savoury or sweet recipes! Nature’s Soluble Chicory can be used to make yoghurt cakes, just add 1 or 2 tablespoons to the mixture and you’re ready to go! For your caramel cakes, creams or desserts, Soluble Chicory Caramel is the perfect ingredient, thanks to its low calorie content and intense, sweet flavour.

Liquid Chicory

Liquid chicory adds a dose of madness and daring to your recipes! In your savoury or sweet creations, or to decorate your plates, it goes with everything you want! Chicory sticks

For even greater convenience, Soluble Nature chicory sticks can be taken anywhere, at any time of day! For a quick drink with a caramelised flavour, add 1 stick of Nature Soluble Chicory to 125ml of milk or water. Practical, on-the-go, but also clever in the kitchen! One stick is all you need to make delicious pancakes or a soft chicory-flavoured brioche.
