Soluble chicory

Plain, Cocoa or Caramel Soluble Chicory is ideal as a hot or cold drink, in a mug or cup. For a mug, add 3 teaspoons to 250ml of milk or water. In a mug, pour 1 teaspoon into 125ml of milk or water. Result: a moment of sweetness and lightness, with a delicious caramelized taste. They can also be added to cocktails, or enjoyed shaken or blended. Prepared in a shaker with a few ice cubes, they become surprising drinks!

Soluble Chicory can also make you melt with pleasure, in savory or sweet recipes! Nature’s Soluble Chicory is particularly useful for making yoghurt cakes: just add 1 to 2 tablespoons to your preparation and you’re ready to go!
