For 165 years, the Cichorium Intybus plant has been the product of healthy, controlled cultivation. Its production is highly demanding, complex and requires a great deal of skill. Throughout the production chain, our partners, experts and growers all contribute their know-how (in their respective fields), but above all they respect our environment and local heritage. When we say ‘chicory’, you think of salad or even chicory, but did you know that our chicory is a root?
