Leroux chicory provides roasted aromas (roasted and caramelized notes), a slight sweetness and controlled bitterness. Depending on the form (soluble, liquid, granulated) and degree of roasting, the aromatic intensity can be adapted to your needs.

Two complementary benefits

Flavoring: coffee substitute or complement in beverages, ice cream, dairy products, pastries; enhancer in charcuterie for a “smoky” effect.

Natural coloring: alternative to caramel E150a: comparable coloring power, with proven test results (up to ~3× more depending on formula).
