Finding balance to regain energy
You may remember your physics and chemistry lessons, and the famous neutral pH of 7 that had to be reached. This neutral pH symbolizes the balance between “acidic” and “basic”. Well, in our bodies, it’s the same thing: you lack energy, you’re tired or even a little depressed… you have dull hair and dry skin. All these signals from your body can be symptoms of a body that’s “too acidic”. Alkalizing” foods naturally rebalance your body.
Normally, our bodies regulate themselves. But with our current lifestyles, stress, poor sleep, processed industrial food… our bodies become acidified. So to regain radiance, energy and well-being, nothing could be simpler: once again, ” we are what we eat “!
The right foods to rebalance our bodies
Common sense! Again! To avoid acidifying your body, ban all industrial and processed products. You can, for example, find vegetables such as garlic, broccoli, carrots or Brussels sprouts (take advantage, they’re still in season and can be eaten locally!) or fruits such as mandarins, grapefruit, pears and apples. You can also enhance your dishes with pumpkin seeds, ginger or curry, which are also excellent alkalizers.
