Here at Chicorée Leroux, we have been making great chicory products since 1858 thanks to our expertise. As a local SME with 125 employees, most of our operations involve transforming chicory roots. The plant is typical of the region, and sown and harvested by over 200 growers throughout the area. After harvesting, we transform the plant for a range of purposes: drinks, food for consumption by people and animals, cosmetics, etc. Over our more than 165 years of operating history, we have been able to identify the many benefits of chicory. Chicory is a source of fibre, does not get you buzzed up and brings many benefits for customers (both human and other). So that’s us !

We currently sell a range of finished and semi-finished products for industrial use in over 50 countries, spread over 5 continents, and have been exporting to Spain and Argentina since 1876.
Our small size ensures we can show flexibility and meet the individual needs of our customers.
We continue to invest as a core feature of our innovation strategy, aiming to consider new prospects, cover new applications and take full advantage of chicory.

Our chicory is harvested and transformed in Hauts-de-France via a 100% local supply chain.
