At Chicorée Leroux, we've been making chicory sublime with our know-how since 1858. A local SME with 125 employees, our business revolves mainly around chicory root processing. An emblematic regional crop, chicory is sown and harvested throughout the region by 200 growers. After harvesting, we process it for a wide range of uses: beverages, food and feed, cosmetology, etc. Over 165 years of history have enabled us to discover many of chicory's virtues. A non-exciting source of fiber, it brings many benefits to its consumers (human and non-human alike). This is who we are!
