Use
As a drink: add half a teaspoon of Chicorée Liquide Nature to 250ml of water or milk. That’s all there is to it!
In the kitchen: Lightly spice up your starter, main course or dessert with liquid chicory. Be careful not to use too much! Although excellent, its spicy, characterful taste is easily felt with a small dose! Too large a dose could upset the aromatic balance of your dish.
