The present terms and conditions of use (hereafter referred to as "TCU") apply to the website (hereafter referred to as the "Site") published by the company Leroux SAS, with a capital of €251,466 , registered at the Douai Trade and Company Register (RCS) under the registration number B 045750817, and whose headquarters are located in Orchies (Nord).

By accessing the Site, as a visitor and/or user, you explicitly and unreservedly accept the TCU defined hereafter.

If you do not wish to accept the present TCU, we request that you do not access the Site. Any visit and/or use of the Site must be made in full accordance with the present TCU.

2. Aim of the Site

Leroux SAS has published this Site for the personal information of its visitors/users. No commercial use, even partial, may be made of the contents or the data, be they in the form of figures or not, presented herein, without prior written consent from Leroux SAS.

Leroux SAS does not guarantee the Site's uninterrupted or error-free operation. Leroux SAS is only subject to an obligation of due care with regard to the operation and the continuity of services provided by the Site. Leroux SAS shall under no circumstances be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss sustained as a result of use of the Site, whatever the cause; in particular Leroux SAS shall not be held responsible for the alteration or fraudulent use and/or the accidental transmission of data resulting from a virus. Similarly, the responsibility of Leroux SAS shall under no circumstances be engaged for any event resulting from an act of God, breakdown or technical problems regarding equipment, programmes and software or the Internet network likely to lead to the suspension or the cessation of the service.

5. Use of personal information

Respect of the Site user's private life:

Leroux SAS is committed to respecting the private life and the protection of personal data pertaining to any visitor to/user of the Site.

6. "Cookies"

"Cookies" are small files sent by the Site administrator to the Site user/visitor's hard disk; they enable the administrator to identify and memorise the internaut when he/she accesses the Site.

Leroux SAS may be brought to use the "cookies" system in order to collect information during the Site visitor/user's connection. Leroux SAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete all or part of the present TCU and at any time. It is the responsibility of the Site visitor/user to regularly consult the TCU. The Site visitor/user acknowledges and accepts that any access or any use of the Site as from the date of any modification to the TCU implies explicit and unrestricted acceptance of the new TCU as published on the Site.

9. Applicable law

The Site is governed by French law. All of its contents, offers and services are governed by applicable French rules and regulations. Any interpretation, dispute or claim concerning this Site shall be dealt with by the competent French courts. Should any provision of the TCU be considered to be invalid or declared as such in virtue of any law, regulation or following a permanent decision by a competent court, all other provisions shall remain applicable.
